Question: What is a 7″ printed foldover sleeve?
Answer: Fold over sleeves are printed on a one-sided 200 GSM card which is scored in the centre and folded over to create a sleeve with a front and back cover. If it is a glued Printed pocket you are looking for, please email us for a detailed quotation. 7″ printed pockets are considerably more expensive.
Question: What is a 12″ unprinted outer sleeve?
Answer: Unprinted or “disco” sleeves are just like standard jackets except they are blank. We have two types in stock, white or kraft board, we can also supply them with or without the centre hole punched out
Question: What is a 12″ 3mm spine printed sleeve?
Answer: This is your standard, printed vinyl jacket with a 3mm spine. The sleeves are printed offset on a 320 GSM board with a standard gloss varnish finish – uncoated option is also available
Question: What is a Manufacturing Variation and how will this affect my final cost?
Answer: The production process of Vinyl Record Pressing cannot ensure exact quantities, and as such, the final quantity produced will be what is invoiced. The costs per unit of additional copies are listed below:
